Massachusetts Licensed Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support its Corporate Legal team. Key Responsibilities: Manage key components of financing, development, M&A, and corporate transactions, including documentation and execution processes Draft corporate resolutions, closing documents, and prepare transaction materials while identifying issues for attorney escalation Coordinate regulatory filings and compliance activities, manage transaction data rooms, and monitor changes in relevant laws Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Interest in renewable energy and energy efficiency is a plus Previous corporate paralegal experience or office experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
