As we continue to scale, technology plays a central role in how we educate, support, and empower our clients.About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve the systems that power the full Buildofarm experience—from enrollment to deal execution.This is not a traditional SaaS product role.You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the systems, workflows, and tools that drive:Student onboarding speed and engagementCoaching efficiency and scalabilityInternal team productivityEnd-to-end customer experienceThis role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and revenue, and requires someone who can translate real business problems into scalable system solutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize the systems supporting the full student lifecycle (sales → onboarding → coaching → deal support)Translate operational challenges into scalable product and system solutionsPartner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact improvementsManage and improve tools such as CRM (Close.io), scheduling systems, communication platforms, and internal workflowsDesign and implement automations and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual workCreate clear product requirements and work with developers or vendors to executeMonitor system performance, user behavior, and feedback to continuously improve outcomesDrive cross-functional alignment between sales, onboarding, coaching, and support teamsBuild and maintain product roadmaps tied directly to business KPIsManage the development and improvement of internal and external digital productsTranslate business and operational needs into clear technical requirementsCollaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and improvementsRequirements3+ years of experience in Product Management, IT Project Management, or similar technical role.Strong understanding of software development workflows and product lifecycleExperience working with developers, digital tools, and cross-functional teamsAbility to gather requirements, write clear documentation, and manage prioritiesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearlyComfortable working independently in a remote environmentBonus Points If YouHave experience with Close.io, Hubspot, or educational platformsAre familiar with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similarHave worked in startup, remote-first, high-ticket sales, or fast-paced environmentsUnderstand UX/UI principles and user behavior analysisHave experience with automations, APIs, or system integrationsWhy Join BuildofarmDirect impact on revenue, customer experience, and operational scaleWork alongside executive leadership to shape how the business operatesOpportunity to build systems from the ground up in a fast-scaling companyHigh ownership role with visibility and growth potentialRemote, fast-moving environment with real decision-making authority
