Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays, 8:00am - 12:00pmWhat You'll DoThis is a great role for those who are self-starters, goal oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment where no two days look the same!Provide positive energy and top-notch customer serviceActs as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK servicesAsks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectationsInput customer information accurately into move software to create an estimateMakes recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specificationsContinually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and oppose any customer objectionsObtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfactionAll other duties as assignedContribute to the success of the TEAMBe Your Best and Have Fun!Who We're Looking ForBecause moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving abilityProfessional attitude and demeanor with an optimistic outlook on lifeExceptional communication, organization, and time management skillsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalitiesA minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferredComputer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programsMust be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screenThis job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Ocean Township, NJ.
