What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct inbound and outbound discovery calls with prospective law firm clients, showcasing excellent communication skills
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain an up-to-date database in the CRM system
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to develop customized digital marketing proposals for clients
Address client inquiries and provide expert advice throughout the sales process
Participate in outbound initiatives to generate quality leads and support marketing efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge or experience in digital marketing and/or the legal industry
A bachelor's degree or higher
