This role combines leadership in school counseling with oversight of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, demonstrating a commitment to holistic student development.Qualifications:Education/Certification:Master's degree in education, counselling, or related field from an accredited college or university required.Valid Texas administrative certification required.Professional license required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).Special Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge of counseling procedures and requirements, student appraisal, state curriculum, state assessment, CTE programs, college, and career readiness standards.Knowledge of TWEDS/CO22 tables, transcripts, and HB5 graduation requirements.Experience with Skyward preferred.Knowledge of MTSS tools and systems.Ability to interact successfully and develop partnerships with a variety of people and groups.
