Its effectiveness, however, depends entirely on selecting the right families.That's your mandate.You will lead the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a relay role. You bear accountability for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not to maximize headcount. Relocation assistance is provided.What You Will Be DoingLeading the entire enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through final onboarding.Facilitating consultative conversations to evaluate alignment before offering solutions or advancing next steps.Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment phases, maintaining complete transparency on progress and follow-up actions.Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the families best suited to the model.Sustaining precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and consistent service delivery.What You Won’t Be DoingApplying transactional or coercive enrollment strategies.Admitting families who lack alignment in order to satisfy enrollment targets.Overseeing a sizable team or navigating multi-tiered organizational approvals.Distributing responsibility for the family relationship across multiple roles.Operating remotely. This role requires campus presence by intention.Head Of Admissions Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver a high-integrity, high-selectivity enrollment process that attracts and converts well-matched families while safeguarding the quality and effectiveness of the Alpha educational model.Basic Requirements3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry through onboarding.Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships across multiple stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization framework.Ability to share specific instances of consultative guidance, including situations where you recommended against your product or service due to poor fit.Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: La Jolla, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Marin County, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; or South Bay, CA.
