Plumbing Service Technician
Description:
In this role, you will conduct thorough inspections, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements in residential plumbing systems. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, listen to their concerns, and understand their unique needs, crafting options to meet them. You'll provide expert Plumbing guidance to help them make informed and confident decisions regarding their systems. Maintaining a professional appearance, understanding Key Performance Indicators, and upholding Streamline's Core Values and Guiding Principles are essential aspects of this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes.
Build relationships with customers, learn more about their needs, and build lifetime members.
Guide customers to informed and confident buying decisions by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
Keep your company truck clean and inventory-ready
Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
Maintain Streamline Core Values & Guiding Principles
Master the NexStar Service System
Maintain professional appearance
Participate in the On-Call Rotation
Understand Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
1-3 Years of Experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Experienced with Service Titan or Similar Software CRM.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
