Residential Service Plumber

We are building a team that supports one another, shares knowledge, and treats every coworker with the same respect we show our customers.What you'll do:* Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, leaks, water and drain lines, sump and sewer ejector pumps, and whole-home re-pipes.* Install fixtures, valves, and appliances across various water supply system configurations.* Apply a working knowledge of North Carolina plumbing codes on every job.* Educate homeowners on their options and recommend proactive, long-term solutions.* Communicate honestly and transparently with customers throughout each service call.* Conduct yourself with professionalism, integrity, and respect in every home you enter.* Maintain accurate job documentation and coordinate closely with dispatch and office staff.What you need:* 2 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Excellent verbal communication and a professional, customer-first demeanor.* Basic computer proficiency.* Positive, team-oriented attitude; willingness to support coworkers, share knowledge, and contribute to a respectful, drama-free work environment.* Must pass a pre-employment background check.What is nice to have:* Prior experience with ServiceTitan or comparable field service softwareWhat's in it for you:* Full Benefits after 90-Days [Aetna]* Performance-based commission* Fully stocked company vehicle & gas card* Company issued cell phone & tablet* Worklife balance - we focus on 3-4 quality jobs per day, not high volume grind.* Equal opportunity employer* Paid Vacation* Paid Training* Matching 401K Retirement Savings Plan* Life, Dental, Vision Insurance* Performance bonus based upon revenue, efficiency and sold hours.* 90 day and yearly review with option for pay raise depending on performance
