Plant Controller

If you’re looking for the next step in your career, please apply!What You’ll DoLead the month-end financial close and reporting for the plant.Maintain and analyze standard costs, inventory, and key financial metrics.Partner with plant management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support capital planning.Prepare budgets, performance reports, and financial analyses with actionable insights.Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting7+ years of progressive cost accounting and analysis experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of management accounting, cost and inventory accounting, and GAAP.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills (Excel, reporting tools, ERP systems).Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate across departments.
