Job Description We are seeking a Grill Cook to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.Responsibilities:Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hoursMemorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portionsFollow standard recipes and special diet ordersOperate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyAdhere to all sanitation and food production codesClean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliancesQualifications:Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fieldsKnowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniquesStrong attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well in teamsCompany DescriptionAlankar Inc. specialize in Fast and Flexible Nutritious and Vegetable-focused Menus. Alankar Inc (AI) is currently working as a Prime contractor for Federal Aviation Administration to run the cafeteria. AI's team performs 100% of Cafeteria's operational and managerial functions. The services we provide have been consistently exceptional because of the emphasis on the quality of food and customer service.
