HotFoot Recruiters is partnered with a well-established consulting engineering firm to hire a Bilingual Electrical BIM Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona. This role supports a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for designing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems for complex commercial and institutional facilities. The firm delivers reliable, high-performance, and energy-efficient building system designs across sectors, including semiconductor, healthcare, education, aviation, mission-critical infrastructure, and commercial developments.Title: Bilingual Electrical BIM CoordinatorType: Direct Hire | Full-TimeSchedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PMPay: $80K-120K DOEAn additional 96/day for being on the client's site, as long as the client requires (paid out as a quarterly bonus!)Work Authorization: OPT welcome to apply, the company can potentially offer future H1B sponsorship or EB2/3 visa based on performanceResponsibilities:Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for mechanical building systems in coordination with engineering design teams.Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.Coordinate mechanical system models with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure proper integration.Assist engineers and designers by incorporating design markups and updates into BIM models.Ensure all models and drawings comply with company BIM standards and project documentation requirements.Identify and resolve model conflicts and coordination issues during the design process.Support the preparation of project deliverables and construction documentation packages.Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.Continuously improve BIM workflows and modeling efficiency within project teams.Qualifications:Mandarin bilingual ability is a MUST7+ years of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD (required)Strong experience producing construction drawings and BIM models for electrical building systems.Electrical BIM experience preferred, including power, lighting, low-voltage, panel layouts, or conduit routingSolid understanding of electrical systems and electrical coordination within building models.Experience coordinating models across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.Successful completion of a pre-employment Revit software evaluation.Semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or mission-critical project experience is a plusMust be comfortable working full-time on-site at the client's BIM Room in North PhoenixOffered:Competitive compensation and benefits package.Employer-funded profit-sharing plan.401(k) plan with safe-harbor contributions.Collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and technical skill development.
