Practice in a multi-disciplinary setting with biweekly Brain Tumor Board and a strong support from all hospital servicesNeuro-oncologist would become a member of our future multi-disciplinary neuro-oncology clinic and would have clinical collaboration and back up coverage with hematology/oncology physiciansExceptional opportunities to conduct basic science research or translational research in collaboration with faculty at the University of IllinoisUnique opportunity to conduct clinical research using our state-of-the-art 7T MR suite at Carle Foundation HospitalThe U of I has a strong focus on neuroscience with a variety of research projects: from cognitive neuroscience study of human learning and memory to several imaging projects at Biomedical Imaging Center at Beckman Institute. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
