Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemical Operator located in Greater Philadelphia. The Chemical Operator will be responsible for the preparation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of chemical processing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality materials and products. Daily tasks include executing batch processing protocols, maintaining and recording accurate documentation, monitoring batch reactions, troubleshooting equipment, and adhering to all safety and cGMP guidelines. The operator will also ensure proper handling and management of raw materials, chemicals, and waste. Collaboration with team members to maintain efficient workflow and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives is required. Qualifications Experience in chemical processing, batch processing, or operating chemical manufacturing equipmentKnowledge of safety and regulatory compliance, including cGMP practices and proper chemical handlingMechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with equipment maintenanceStrong attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and maintain accurate documentationBasic understanding of chemistry and chemical processes; relevant certifications or technical training appreciatedCommunication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solvingHigh school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is a plusExperience working in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries is highly desirable
