This role manages an offshore project delivery team in Pune through complex pre- and post-go-live ledger reconciliation phases. This role will support global PTP initiatives with a strong focus on mobility spend management and large-scale project coordination. The manager will lead a team of analysts based in India and work closely with stakeholders across global operations. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced managing large enterprise-level projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong operational and strategic direction to the APPO Pune project team during critical deployment and hypercare phases of the Atlas ERP transformation.Partner directly with the client and internal IT stakeholders to design, test, and adopt a high-capacity data tool built to consolidate details across a high volume of sub-accounts.Direct root-cause analyses on post-conversion variance items to drive permanent resolution and clean up the general ledger.Translate complicated data conversion challenges and financial metrics into crisp, actionable status reports for corporate sponsors.Lead and manage mobility spend-related initiatives within the PTP workstream.Oversee and support a team of analysts located in India.Analyze and manage large datasets to support reporting, operational insights, and decision-making.Drive large-scale global projects in a lead or managerial capacity.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and process optimization.Support data transformation and reporting modernization initiatives.Required Experience8–10 years of relevant experience in project/account management, finance operations, or PTP-related functions.Proven experience leading large-scale global projects.Prior leadership experience managing offshore/global analyst teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.Advanced Excel expertise.8–10 years of experience with heavy emphasis on PTP / APPO operations within global ERP deployments.Exceptional leadership profile with proven capability to direct remote or offshore team structures.Required SkillsPower BIOracleSAPClient M&A CentralPreferred SkillsExperience with Oracle ERP.Experience with Microsoft Power BI.Exposure to reporting automation and dashboard development.Experience improving or replacing heavily Excel-dependent reporting processes.BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientIntelligent power management company focused on sustainability and improving quality of life.
