Project Management Officer (PMO) – M&A Controllership IntegrationLocation: Beachwood, Ohio 44122 (100% On-site)Pay Rate: $69.00 – $74.00 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential to extend)Position OverviewRandstad is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to support our global power management client with control and streamline governance across multiple simultaneous controllership workstream integrations. Operating on-site in Beachwood, Ohio, this critical role ensures absolute transparency over financial deadlines, milestones, and process automation paths during a major period of corporate integration.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesFramework Governance: Own and govern the PMO framework across multiple concurrent M&A integration workstreams impacting the Controllership function.Master Workplans: Build, update, and monitor comprehensive master workplans, mapping key operational milestones and complex functional dependencies.Risk Mitigation: Proactively track deliverables, corporate close risks, and potential watch-outs affecting normal accounting and financial sequences.Stakeholder Accountability: Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring action items are effectively closed out and reported accurately to leadership.Process Automation: Eradicate administrative drag by designing automated progress trackers and interactive visibility dashboards using Power BI and Power Automate.Qualifications & System RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience managing complex corporate programs or established PMO structures.Advanced proficiency in the MS365 Suite (Planner, Teams, SharePoint), Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.Baseline literacy in general corporate controllership functions (including close cycles, purchase price allocations, and financial reporting).Benefits & Career GrowthAt Randstad, we value the health and well-being of our talent.
