What You'll Do
Responsibilities will include a combination of
Provide daily legal and administrative support to attorneys in a busy litigation practice
Proofread and format legal pleadings, correspondence, and internal documents
File and serve pleadings and discovery in state and federal courts
Calendar court deadlines, hearings, trials, and arbitration dates
Plan team events, make reservations, order meals, and provide other administrative support for the team
Maintain case files, organize client documentation, and manage records
Coordinate scheduling with clients, attorneys, courts, and third parties
Communicate regularly with attorneys about deadlines, work status, and client needs
Answer and route incoming calls and emails with professionalism
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Contribute to firm operations by assisting with team coordination and administrative projects
What We're Looking For
At least 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a litigation support role
Familiarity with Colorado and Federal court systems and civil procedure rules (CRCP/FRCP) strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience with ProLaw, Litify, or other legal case-management systems is a plus
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range – $28.75 – $33.75 / hour (depending on experience)
Quarterly Bonus Potential – from 8% to 10% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
