FAMILY OWNED!Role Description The Accounting Assistant will manage full cycle AR/AP, support bookkeeping tasks, assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, manage data in accounting software, and contribute to financial reporting and analysis. The role also involves collaborating with the finance and operations team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial records. The role has excellent growth opportunities and is perfect for an entry-level professional or someone just looking to advance their career in accounting/finance. Full time and on-site is preferred, but we can be flexible for the right candidate. The position reports to the Controller but will work closely with entire management team. QualificationsProficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and an understanding of financial principlesExperience using QuickBooks and ability to adapt to new systemsCapability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial StatementsStrong skills in Finance with an ability to collaborate effectively in a teamExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesBachelor's degree not requiredPrior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced work environment is a plus
