Customer Service Representative - Pay is 21/hrFront half shift: Sunday-Wednesday 5AM-3:30 PM if there is OT it will be on ThursdaysOverall Purpose of the JobThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing and entering materials and billing information related to medical kits, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of information entered into the Great Plains billing system. The role also includes customer service responsibilities, including the timely and accurate communication of information related to kit refurbishment processing.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative performs accurate and timely data entry of manufacturing orders and materials into various database systems. The role ensures the integrity of data through quality assurance checks and periodic process audits. The position serves as a customer service representative for both internal and external customers as assigned by the market. The individual actively participates in the company's quality system program and serves as a resource for the Great Plains system. The role may also assist with training or orienting new data entry personnel and performs additional duties as assigned.Required Skills and KnowledgeThe position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.Advanced Data Entry skills and 10 KeyThe candidate must demonstrate the ability to audit data for entry accuracy and recognize inconsistencies in output.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.Candidates should have a proven work history of at least five years as an intermediate data entry operator along with prior customer service experience.Experience with quality systems such as ISO, Six Sigma, or similar programs is considered a plus.
