You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and finishing electrical installations with precision and leadership.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSValid Master Electrician License in ColoradoAt least 5 years of proven experience as a Master Electrician, with a strong background in fieldworkExperience in residential and commercial electrical systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and leadership skillsCustomer-focused approachWilling to start immediatelyCommitment to following company regulationsParticipating in regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standardsJOB DUTIESManage and lead a team of electricians, providing training and ensuring high standards of work.Supervise and participate in the diagnose, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.Read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.Perform electrical safety inspections.Ensure all project work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.Conduct and oversee project inspections and testing to ensure adherence to safety and specifications.Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers, maintaining clear and professional communication.Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including reports and records of installations and maintenance work.Responsible for the upkeep of the designated vehicle, equipment, and tools, and promptly report any incidents or damage to management for repair or replacement.We offer MANY benefits, including a 401k, company parties, company vehicle, world-class training and development, insurance, and great earning potential plus performance bonus.
