If you're someone who values quality work and long-term success, we want you to join our team!This position handles installation, repair, and maintenance service projects for all types of electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings in Colorado Springs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSJourneyman Electrician License (Required)3+ yrs of experience as journeyman electricianExperience in residential and commercial electrical systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentCustomer service oriented with a desire to learn new skillsWilling to start immediatelyCommitment to following company regulationsParticipating in regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standardsJOB DUTIESIn-depth understanding of installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and related devices.Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to specify the layout of electrical systems.Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and straightforward pricing.Provide technical guidance to peers and onsite technicians.Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.We offer MANY benefits, including a 401k, company parties, company vehicle, training and development, insurance, and great earning potential.
