Offensive Cyber Operator (Senior)

Senior Offensive Cyber OperatorThe Senior Offensive Cyber Operator leads and executes advanced cyber exploitation operations in support of national-level mission objectives. This role designs exploitation strategies, develops advanced tooling, and provides technical leadership for offensive cyber missions in highly classified NSA operational environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute authorized offensive cyber operations against high-value targets Design exploitation strategies and operational approaches Conduct advanced vulnerability research and exploit development Develop, modify, and maintain custom offensive cyber tools and payloads Perform advanced reconnaissance, target development, and access operations Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level operators Develop and refine tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Support mission planning, operational risk assessments, and execution Produce high-level technical and operational documentation Ensure operational security (OPSEC) and mission compliance Integrate intelligence and cyber operations for mission success Advise leadership on technical feasibility and operational risk Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph 8+ years of experience supporting offensive cyber or exploitation missions Demonstrated experience with exploit development and advanced offensive tooling Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and application security Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or similar Experience with adversary TTP analysis and countermeasures Proven ability to lead complex cyber operations Strong analytical, documentation, and briefing skills Ability to operate independently in high-risk, mission-critical environments Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting NSA or Intelligence Community (IC) cyber operations Experience with reverse engineering or malware development Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework Advanced offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCE, OSEP, GXPN, or equivalent) Experience developing zero-day or custom exploitation capabilities Experience supporting classified offensive cyber missions OSAAVA Services considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.
