Pulmonology Physician

Seeking a second pulmonary doctor to work with current pulmonology/critical care physician (who is also the CMO of our facility). There are two anesthesia/critical care physicians. Open ICU All of hospitalists are adept at procedures, but the critical care docs back them up if needed. Salary based upon MGMA figures Full benefits including sign on bonus, paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance Student Loan Repayment assistance Stipend for early commitmentThe way we work hospital-owned physician practices is to treat them as if the MD is the owner. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice as if they owned the practice.Hospital has a newly built Medical School and residency programs.
