This role spends approximately 50% of the time on the shop floor providing direct production support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process, quality, and safety initiatives.EducationBachelor’s degree preferredNew graduates will be considered with relevant internship experienceRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFactory assembly experience, including use of torque toolsKnowledge of assembly processes and tooling (highly preferred)Top Skill SetsProblem solvingCommunicationFactory assembly experience with torque toolsKey ResponsibilitiesSpend approximately 50% of the workday on the shop floorProvide direct line support to production employeesTroubleshoot production and assembly issuesCommunicate project progress and issues to managementSupport continuous improvement initiativesImplement running changes and production-related projectsSupport product design, quality, and safety initiativesOperate torque tools and support tooling-related processesDrive a JD Gator inside the facility (training provided)Drive a personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as neededWork Environment & Safety RequirementsMetatarsal safety shoes required on Day 1Approximately 50% of the role is spent on the shop floor#INDOEM
