Sr. Key Account Manager

The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for leading and growing strategic wholesale partnerships across the U.S. market. This role will drive account-level business planning, execution, and performance management, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, commercial objectives, and market dynamics.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and cross-functional leadership to deliver sustainable growth and elevate brand presence across key retail partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow strategic key accounts, delivering against revenue, margin, and market share targets while expanding distribution and strengthening long-term partnerships. Lead the development and execution of annual wholesale and distribution business plans, aligning with corporate strategy and local market priorities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Serve as the primary strategic partner to key accounts, influencing commercial targets, operational plans, and investment decisions to ensure alignment with company objectives. Establish and drive wholesale operating standards, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement in partner performance and operational excellence. Ensure consistent brand presentation and retail execution across partner stores, maintaining high standards in merchandising and customer experience. Analyze partner performance to identify growth opportunities; lead the development and execution of promotions, activations, and commercial initiatives to drive sell-through. Oversee inventory planning and reporting accuracy to support demand forecasting, merchandising decisions, and efficient stock management. Own account performance, including revenue, margin, and payment collection, ensuring delivery against key financial and commercial KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive business growth, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field 5–8+ years of experience in wholesale, key account management, or sales within sportswear, footwear, or consumer goods industries Proven experience managing major U.S. retail accounts (e.g., sporting goods, specialty, or department stores) Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability in negotiation, financial planning, and account growth Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and sales/reporting tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external partners Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-cultural environment Passion for sports, performance, and/or lifestyle brands preferred Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a global organization with HQ and regional coordination Familiarity with U.S. wholesale landscape (e.g., sporting goods, sneaker, and lifestyle channels) Benefits: ANTA offers generous benefits for employees, including year-end bonuses, relocation assistance, healthcare insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more.About ANTA:ANTA brand was established in 1991.
