In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and improve overall quality of life.Minimum QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive licensure with the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and AudiologyKey ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disordersCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disordersMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentationPerform additional duties as outlined in the full job descriptionPreferred QualificationsExperience or strong interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disordersSkills & CompetenciesStrong clinical assessment and treatment skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProficiency with computers, electronic health records, and documentation systemsAbility to manage time effectively and maintain a caseloadThis is a full time position
