In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and improve overall quality of life.Minimum Qualifications:Master's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive licensure with the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and AudiologyKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disordersCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disordersMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentationPerform additional duties as outlined in the full job descriptionPreferred Qualifications:Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disordersSkills & Competencies:Strong clinical assessment and treatment skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProficiency with computers, electronic health records, and documentation systemsAbility to manage time effectively and maintain a caseload
