Daily duties include managing ventilators, administering high-risk medications, interpreting lab and diagnostic data, and responding swiftly to medical emergencies. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and protocols while offering compassionate, individualized care to patients and their families in high-stress situations. This position requires sharp clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and emotional strength. You'll care for patients recovering from trauma, surgery, sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac events, and more.
