Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleLead direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment.Create and manage comprehensive patient care plans, monitoring clinical conditions to provide proactive and responsive medical support.Support the patient's recovery journey by coordinating with all medical disciplines to ensure a seamless and well-integrated care experience.Coordinate personalized discharge transitions with the healthcare team to prepare patients and families for a safe return homeWhat minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
