Format: Procedures must be clearly highlighted with specific dates and locations. Note: The facility will not search through dense logs; the 15+ cases must be immediately identifiable to meet the "Open ICU" privileging requirements. Clinical Specifics Environment: Open ICU ; Hospitalists manage their own vents. EMR: Epic. Shift Length: 12-hour day shifts. Provider Qualifications Board Status: Board Certified (BC) required. Licensure: Active Washington (WA) license or IMLC (compact). Credentialing: days.
