Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement secure, scalable network architectures across AWS and Azure cloud platformsDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioningConfigure and manage cloud networking services including VPCs, VNets, Transit Gateways, Load Balancers, IPSec, Palo Firewall, and Direct Connect/ExpressRouteImplement network security controls and ensure compliance with security best practicesOptimize network performance and costs across hybrid cloud environmentsTroubleshoot complex network issues and perform root cause analysisCreate and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with Cloud/DevOps teams to integrate network automation into CI/CD pipelinesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or 7+ years of related field experience5+ years of experience in network engineering with strong understanding of routing protocols, firewalls, and network security3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platformsProven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly HashiCorp TerraformStrong knowledge of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, VNets, subnetting, and interconnectivityExperience with network monitoring tools and performance optimizationProfessional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Network Engineer, or CCNP Preferred QualificationsExperience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with Aviatrix for multi-cloud networking and security is a plusKnowledge of container networking and KubernetesFamiliarity with Python or other scripting languages for automationExperience with SD-WAN implementationsBackground in implementing Zero Trust network architecturesExperience with cloud-native security tools and services Required SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience working in Agile environmentsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong focus on security and complianceCommitment to continuous learning and staying current with cloud technologies
