Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and drive results across all digital channels. This person will lead digital campaigns from strategy through execution, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, website optimization, and content initiatives.You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create engaging campaigns, improve the customer experience, and continuously optimize performance using analytics and insights.Worksite Location: Onsite - Plymouth, MNSalary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$45, DOEBenefits: Versique benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident/critical illness insurance, MN ESST, MN PFML, and a 401(k) with company match.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertisingOversee and grow our social media presence across platformsTrack campaign performance and report on KPIs, ROI, engagement, and lead generation.Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and social insights to make data-driven recommendationsCreate and test landing pages, conversion funnels, and A/B experiments to improve user experiencePartner with internal teams to develop engaging digital content including blogs, videos, graphics, and moreManage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimizationRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fieldStrong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social, PPC, and digital advertisingExperience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Sprout Social, WordPress, Monday.com, etc.Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable recommendationsExperience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnelsFamiliarity with A/B testing and campaign experimentationBasic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, is a plus!Strong communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbout VersiqueVersique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.Versique Executive, Professional, & Interim Recruiting is a locally owned and operated hiring and placement firm based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
