Senior Electrical Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Sterling Heights, MISalary Rate: $140,000 - $180,000We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll take ownership of bidding, estimating, planning, execution, and client communication, while also mentoring 1-2 junior project managers to help elevate the entire team. This role is all about driving results, strengthening relationships, and delivering high-quality projects with confidence and enthusiasm.What You'll Be DoingLead the full bidding process, including pre-bid meetings, site walk-throughs, and proposal developmentPrepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsDevelop and negotiate final scopes and contractsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and internal teamsMentor, guide, and oversee 1-2 junior project managersManage schedules, milestones, progress tracking, and project reportingMonitor budgets, forecast costs, and ensure project profitabilityWork closely with superintendents, foremen, other trades, and safety teams to maintain smooth, safe operationsCommunicate delays, scope changes, and cost impacts while driving effective solutionsOversee project documentation, including submittals, contracts, purchase orders, and revisionsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience in electrical project management and estimatingProven success managing large-scale electrical projects ($30M-$200M)Experience mentoring junior PMs or leading project teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accu-Bid, McCormick)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing estimates over $1MDesign-build experience is a plusBackground in Institutional, Automotive, or Heavy Industrial electrical projects is requiredStrong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and internal teamsPre-employment drug testing required Email Your Resume In Word ToTaylor.Bayek@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
