With 7-figure ARR achieved within their first year, backing from one of the world's leading healthcare institutions and top healthcare investors, and founders who've already built and successfully exited a healthcare startup, this company is scaling quickly.Why join?Founding-stage ownership at a company with real revenue and enterprise customersBuild AI products that have a tangible impact on hospitals and patient careJoin repeat founders with a successful exit and ambitious long-term visionBacked by leading healthcare investors and institutionsThe RoleAs a Deployment Specialist, you'll own the customer journey from implementation through long-term success, becoming the trusted advisor for leading healthcare organisations while working directly alongside engineering.You'll:Own end-to-end customer deployments from onboarding to ongoing successLead customer meetings with clinicians and executive stakeholdersManage EMR integrations and platform implementationTranslate customer feedback into actionable engineering requirementsTrack deployment success, ROI and expansion opportunitiesHelp build scalable deployment processes as the company growsWe're looking for someone who has:3-6 (max) years' experience in implementation, deployment, solutions engineering, project management or customer successProven ownership of end-to-end customer deploymentsExperience at a startup or high-growth companyWorked with AI/ML products, automation platforms or data workflow toolsStrong technical aptitude with SQL or data querying experience preferredExcellent communication skills and confidence leading enterprise customer meetingsBachelor's degree from a top-20 U.S. universityBased in NYC or willing to relocate (5 days/week in-office)Please note: U.S. work authorisation is required.
