Eyelash Extension Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and personable Eyelash Extension Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, combined with strong customer service skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, providing high-quality services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments. Candidates with experience in management, social media management, and retail sales are encouraged to apply. A background in cosmetology or esthetic laser treatments is preferred. The technician will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Responsibilities Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction Consult with clients to determine desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas in compliance with health regulations Provide additional beauty services such as makeup application, body waxing, or nail care as needed Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY Promote retail products and upsell additional services to enhance client experience Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on aftercare routines Engage with clients via social media management to promote services and special offers Assist with front desk duties including guest check-in/out, managing bookings, and answering inquiries Stay updated on current trends in eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and other esthetic treatments Experience Proven experience as an Eyelash Extension Technician or in a similar esthetic role within a salon or spa environment Knowledge of management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous Experience with salon software, social media management, and retail sales strategies preferred Background in cosmetology, esthetic laser treatment, dermal fillers, or Botox treatments is a plus Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards in beauty treatments Additional skills such as hair styling, nail care, body waxing, tattooing, or barbering are beneficial but not required Experience in hospitality or guest services roles will be considered an asset This position offers an exciting opportunity for beauty professionals passionate about eyelash extensions and esthetic treatments to grow their careers within a dynamic team dedicated to client satisfaction and industry excellence.
