Seeking a Part time Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Fort Wayne, IN 46925Schedule is flexible working 1 day per week We prefer the candidate have injection experienceSalary $60-$70 per hourThis is a Physical medicine officeWe prefer the candidate to have experience in joint injection and Trigger point injections but willing to train as well. The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
