Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Manufacturing experience. Forklift/powered industrial truck experience. Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills.Team player mentality.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
