From concept through launch and in-store execution, you'll play a critical role in shaping product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution across the full product lifecycle.Company & Position Highlights:Lead development of personal care, beauty, and wellness products for major national retail partnersOwn the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, retail placement, and ongoing performanceWork cross-functionally with R&D, sourcing, merchandising, inventory, and retail teams—both domestic and internationalJoin a rapidly growing company with strong career advancement opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits packageSalary range: $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, with Bonus potentialKey Responsibilities of the Beauty Care Product Manager:Lead day-to-day product development and account support activities, ensuring alignment across timelines, inventory, and delivery schedulesPartner closely with national retail buying and product development teams to identify white space opportunities and develop new product programsCollaborate with Category Managers and overseas merchandising teams to execute both seasonal and core product strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, and category performance to drive innovation and growth initiativesCoordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support replenishment strategiesSupport retail execution, including in-store placement, merchandising strategy, and product setupAct as a key liaison between U.S. and international teams to support sourcing, development, and production workflowsTravel to trade shows and industry events to identify emerging trends, strengthen vendor partnerships, and bring new ideas to marketManage product samples throughout the development lifecycle to ensure quality, alignment, and launch readinessQualifications of the Beauty Care Product Manager:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of experience in product development and/or account management within CPG environmentsStrong background in personal care, beauty, and/or health products is requiredExperience supporting large national or big-box retail accounts is highly preferredProven ability to collaborate with retail buying and product development teams to drive product strategy and innovationStrong understanding of product lifecycle management within a retail-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelHighly organized with strong project management and multitasking capabilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and across global teamsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as neededSubmit your resume today for immediate considerationWant to explore more exciting job opportunities?
