Location: New YorkPosition: Litigation Paralegal, AmLaw100Onsite Logistics: Midtown - 3 days onsite per week Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 OT and BonusResponsibilitiesAssist in document review and organizationPrepare privilege logsPreform fact research in Westlaw and Lexis/NexisAssist with depositionsDigest deposition transcriptsCite checking, blue booking, shepardizing, fact checking, exhibit preparation and proof-reading of briefs, court filings and other documentsPrepare binders for trial, mediation, and motionsRecords summarizationPrepare subpoenasCase maintenance: organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and closing/archivingReview court dockets in PACER and state court sitesDocument and presentation preparation, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Nuance PDF and other softwareAssist with scanning projectsAssist with general office administration
