Job DescriptionWho are we looking for?Devops Engineers (Senior Software Engineer)Technical Skills Proficiency in Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, networking, and databases. Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps, , or similar tools. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Bicep for automating infrastructure deployment. Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git, for managing and tracking code changes. Strong PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting skills for automating tasks and processes. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for performance and reliability management. Understanding security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), Azure Policy, and managing secrets with tools like Azure Key Vault. Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and security teams, with strong communication skills to drive DevOps culture. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to DevOps processes.Responsibilities Develops / Supervises adherence to DevOps toolchain standards Develops / Supervises re-useable tool chains for common application patterns Prioritizes Application Inventory for DevOps implementations Assists Development teams in the implementation and customization of the DevOps chain Leverages and influences toolchain products working with DevOps Engineering Support Implements DevOps reference implementations Enables self-serve based pipeline including zero click deployments Documentations and starter guides of toolchain, best practices and release notes Ensures automation/notifications for control functions Ensures full integration and support with Quality Engineering Develops and provides KPIs and Metrics for builds Enables DevOps processes and tools for brown-field and Cloud-Native applications/services Help streamline application release pipeline and release managementEducation/Experience Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an engineering discipline preferably Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of progressive programming experience in leading web based development projects. 4+ years of analytical experience.Process Skills Ability to evaluate, analyze, design and implement solutions based on technical requirements Strong communication and documentation skills Strong design and technical skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and able to analyze the impact Knowledge of the project life cycle and Experience with Agile methodologiesBehavioral Skills Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
