Surgical Critical Care Physician Needed Near Jeanette, PA. A well established practice is searching for a skilled Surgical Critical Care physician to join its busy well established practice! The facility is family-friendly and just 70 miles east of Pittsburgh which has been home to a Level 1 Trauma Center for more than 30 years, equipped with air transportation. The hospital is also home to a Geriatric Trauma Institute and a number of clinics including a Concussion Clinic, Geriatric SMART Program and Trauma Clinic. The incoming surgeon will enjoy working with a complement of surgeons along with General Surgery Residents and three Nurse Practitioners, who help manage the care of trauma patients from admission to discharge. The well-established trauma program provides a team of support staff, from case management and social services to Pharmacy and Psychology. Surgeons enjoy working in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology, including mobile CT and a robotic surgical system! No in-house call!
