This is a contract role that will start immediately.Seeking an experienced HR leader for a temporary 6-12 month assignment to oversee human resources operations for a multi-site chain of health clinics and urgent care centers.KeyResponsibilities:Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for clinical and administrative staff.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws).Manage employee relations, performance management, benefits, and payroll.Provide strategic HR guidance during transition period, including policy updates and workforce planning.Foster a positive culture supporting high-quality patient care.Qualifications:7+ years HR experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's/SHRM certification preferred.Proven interim or leadership experience in fast-paced settings.
