Vice President Human Resources

A leading manufacturing and engineering organization is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their organization. Reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Human Resources is responsible for duties relating to organizational development, recruitment and staffing, employment law, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Responsibilities: Attracts and hires top talent to meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives.Oversees employee development and training programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.Develops and implements competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.Oversees the development and implementation of performance management processes, ensuring that employees are evaluated fairly and accurately and that performance goals are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.Manages employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.Leads the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that the company is fostering an inclusive workplace culture and promoting diversity at all levels of the organization.Ensures that the company is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure compliance.Manages the Human Resources team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team is effective in executing human resources activities and achieving company goals.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related field8-10 years of experience in Human Resources management Executive recruiting experience Manufacturing/industrial industry experience required
