Role Description The Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. This is a full-time role based on-site in New Orleans, LA. Key responsibilities include leading sales operations, managing a team of sales professionals, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and expand market presenceExperience in Sales Operations and managing processes to optimize efficiency and effectivenessStrong skills in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationshipsDemonstrated leadership in Team Management, with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire a sales teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset
