We mentor our employees as we create opportunities for personal career growth and development.ResponsibilitiesInstall, remove, configure and make repairs to telecommunications equipment in cell sites and related systemsMaintain and install power equipmentClimb towers, poles, and other structures to install, reconfigure and repair microwave and other antenna and cable equipmentOperate electronic test equipment including cable testers, fiber testers, battery testers, and other RF analysis equipmentInstall outdoor cell site systems including cabinets, associated conduits, and ice bridgesTroubleshoot and evaluate data related to microwave systemsPerform power, fiber optic, cat5/cat6, waveguide, and coaxial cable installations and testingRead Scope of Work (SOW) documents and delivers project outcomes to scope and as directedRack and mount fixed telecom equipmentMaintaining, install, configure, adjust, and make minor repairs to microwave systems, including towers.QualificationsAbility to work safely at heights up to 500'Willing to work outside of normal business hours (i.e., shift work), to include nights and weekends, as neededSelf-starter with the desire and ability to learn and retain new knowledgeTeam player and have excellent interpersonal communication skillsGood work ethic and positive attitudeWillingness to mentor/train others professionally, and to be mentored/trainedAbility to learn and retain physical and mechanical installation specificationsAbility to pass preliminary drug screening, criminal background check and driving background checkAble to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbsReliable, punctual, and communicates wellPreferred QualificationsValid Driver LicenseReliable TransportationCompetent Tower Climbing CertificationRF Safety and Awareness CertificationCPR/First Aid CertifiedBloodborne PathogensOSHA 10NWSA CertifiedBenefitsCompetitive Wages DOEOvertimePer Diem Allowance $151 for Full Days Out of Market10 Paid Days Off7 Paid HolidaysDirect Deposit WeeklyExcellent Medical, Vision, + Dental Benefits401K PlanLife + Disability InsuranceFull-Time PositionOffer will be contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and pre-employment physical.Capstone strongly encourages applications from military veterans!
