Construction Project ManagerOverviewWe are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role works closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects through all phases, from planning and scheduling to completionCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholdersMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesReview project drawings, specifications, and scope requirementsEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirementsTrack project progress and address issues that impact schedule or costProvide regular updates and reports to leadership and project stakeholdersQualifications3+ years of experience managing construction projectsStrong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentationExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience working with contractors and cross-functional project teamsPreferredExperience with commercial or industrial construction projectsFamiliarity with project management or scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera)
