We are partnering with a NYC law firm in their search for Surrogate Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting in the representation of estates in surrogate court. Responsibilities:Draft and submit various court petitions and supporting documents, as required.Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys.Assist clients in collecting necessary information and documentation.Requirements:1+ yrs' related experienceStrong Microsoft 360 skillsFamiliarity with Medicare/Medicaid and commercial healthcare plansPreferred Skills:Experience with surrogate courtFamiliarity with SalesforceCompensation: $25-28/hrSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
