Senior BCBA - Raeford, NC
We are excited to continue to grow our team of exceptional clinicians serving Raeford, NC and surrounding areas. This position requires the individual to work mostly in person with some remote contact.
Scope of BCBA Work:
Full-time position
Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans
Collecting and analyzing data and communicating to various stakeholders
Provide administrator training and development for staff, teachers, providers and parents
Provides supervision for registered behavior technicians and 1:1 support as needed
Attend training and case conceptualization to improve skills and share knowledge
Attend required training, supervision and workshops
Maintain a high level of professionalism including appearance, punctuality and communication with all stakeholders
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Licensed Behavior Analyst
Skill Set:

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Salary: $85,000+
$2,000 Sign on Bonus (if requested, this can be directly applied to your student loan balance!)
