Senior BCBA - Raeford, NC

We are excited to continue to grow our team of exceptional clinicians serving Raeford, NC and surrounding areas. This position requires the individual to work mostly in person with some remote contact. Scope of BCBA Work: Full-time position Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans Collecting and analyzing data and communicating to various stakeholders Provide administrator training and development for staff, teachers, providers and parents Provides supervision for registered behavior technicians and 1:1 support as needed Attend training and case conceptualization to improve skills and share knowledge Attend required training, supervision and workshops Maintain a high level of professionalism including appearance, punctuality and communication with all stakeholders Ability to lift 50 lbs Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Licensed Behavior Analyst Skill Set: Strong reasoning skills Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in varying situations Ability to work autonomously Team player and the ability to make those around you better Ability to prioritize tasks Time management skills Compensation & Benefits: Starting Salary: $85,000+ $2,000 Sign on Bonus (if requested, this can be directly applied to your student loan balance!) $1,200 per Year Travel Stipend Continuous Raises Stay Bonuses of $1l - $6k starting at year 3, based on years of service with A New Leaf Professional development assistance Health Insurance Options (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, and more!)
