Our mission is to create a supportive, caring, and safe environment for our clients and their families, giving them the opportunities and resources to let their light shine!Purpose of the Position:We are looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to our clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis services through assessments, functional analyses, behavior acquisition/reduction procedures and parent training. In addition, a BCBA is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a client's treatment plan to include providing ongoing support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians as it relates to a client’s treatment plan.Requirements for the Position:BACB recognized Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisBCBA CertificationCPR/BLS Certification (can be obtained in house)Crisis Intervention Certification (can be obtained in house)Maintain and show proof of a valid NC Driver’s LicenseMust have reliable transportationMaintain and show proof of professional liability insuranceMust be a United States Citizen or show proof of eligibility to work in the United StatesMust be actively working in the field of ABA for a minimum of 2-3 yearsCompensation & Benefits:Compensation ranges from an annual salary of $85,000-$100,000 based on weekly hours billed (20-30 hours).Work/Life Balance (No Weekends or Evenings-We close at 4:30pm)Primarily Clinic Based w/ Remote Billing OpportunitiesPaid HolidaysEarned PTO (Increasing each year)Healthcare Benefits401k Matching ProgramQuarterly Bonus ProgramEasy to use data collection tools and softwarePositive, supportive, and collaborative work environmentSmall and manageable caseload.Flexible schedule, you choose your hours!No admin work or extra dutiesEmployee Duties/Responsibilities: The daily job duties performed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst may include but are not limited to:Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of direct support professionals.Conduct initial and ongoing assessments with clients and their family members.Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for clients with a focus on reducing problematic behavior(s) and teaching socially significant behaviors.Holding parent trainings with clients to support clients and their families.Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources.Implement and provide direct one-on-one services to clients as needed.
