Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, and the Utility domain to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of projects related to Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions in the utility industry.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce Field Service/Service Cloud implementations within the Utility domain.
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, with practical experience in implementing Scrum practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Ability to understand and translate business needs into clear and concise user stories.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques for Agile project tracking and reporting.
Trail head information and certifications will be a plus.
