Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of accountability for client health across a portfolio, translating data into actionable success plans Identify at-risk accounts and lead responses to protect and grow client relationships Drive proactive engagement with assigned accounts and contribute to client business reviews Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in client success, solution advisory, or consulting roles in professional services, preferably legal Demonstrated expertise with Intapp Walls or equivalent technologies in a professional services environment Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholder relationships across enterprise accounts Bachelor's degree required Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the year for client visits and industry events
